When will the first letter arrive?
The first red envelope ships soon after your plan begins. Dasher families usually start in late November, while Dancer, Comet, and Blitzen plans begin their seasonal rhythm with the Winter letter.
Can I add more than one child?
Absolutely. You can include up to three additional children for $27 each. Every child receives their own personalized letter and Nice List certificate. No sharing of the magic required.
What if we move or need to change our address?
Just email Santa’s Workshop or update your info in your account, and the elves will make sure future letters find you. Santa promises no detours through the wrong chimney.
